Equipment

Sometimes people will ask, how do you travel to clients houses to train them if they don’t have a gym?  Well I take some equipment with me but I will also incorporate any equipment the client might have.  In all reality though, to get a good workout, all you really need is YOUR BODY.  Using just your body weight there are more exercises then you can count that you can do.  No matter your age, shape or size!

I also want to go through some of the equipment I have to bring when I meet up with people I work with.

  1. -It works best when everyone can get their own yoga mat & also a stability ball.  Both great for doing core exercises along with many other things.

  2. -Bands - I have many different kinds all ranging in difficulty level and size.  Great for use on any body part and really unlimited exercises you can do!

  3. -Dumbbells - I have a pair of 5lb, 10lb and also I have a pair of interchangeable dumbbells that can change from 5lbs to 50lbs

  4. -Medicine Balls - Awesome for many exercises dealing with the core and legs

  5. -Jump Ropes - Both regular & weighted.  This is everyones favorite!

  6. -Mini Hurdles, Cones, The Ladder - Great for speed & agility, also just good quick cardio & work for fast-twitch muscle fibers!

  7. -Kettleballs - Coming soon!  Great for full body exercises and core work

  8.  - Bosu Ball - Coming Soon!  Awesome for balance,  muscle fiber recruitment and strengthening of the core!
